Our foundation, which has been established in 1983 by the decision of the Presidency of the Republic in Ankara, has acted since then in order to have a place in the world tourism with its own values, cultural monuments, organic foods.
It is an indisputable fact that the sources which are thought to be infinite by the human beings are actually finite, that they are infinite only in case of correct usage, that there are limits for all natural resources and because of this reason that the production has to be performed with healthy and natural methods, without offending the earth.
In the light of this truth, our foundation is using the organic and green fertilizers, alternately plantations, makin use of useful insects. And it is our aim to produce to you healthy products by applying ORGANIC AGRICULTURE without using chemical medicines, fertilizers and hormones and remaining in good terms with the nature.
The ORGANIC AGRICULTURE is a method which serves you the gifts of the earth, the missed and discovered delicacies as they are in the nature and which protects the air, water resources and the earth.

THE BROCCOLI AND THE BRUSSELS SPROUT
These are two products, integrated in the tourism, compatible with the micro-credit projects, and are always present in the kitchens of the touristic facilities. Besides being an agricultural product and an alternative product, it is an example for the adaptation actions of our foundation.
THE BLACKBERRY AND THE RASPBERRY
The Blackberry: There is no commercial plantation of it and it is an example for the adaptation actions of our foundation. It is a functional food and its tube sapling is apt to the organic agriculture.
The blackberry delays physical and psychological ageing. It contains huge amounts of vitamin P.The vitamin P invigorates the carpillaries, prevents turning purple, enhances the immune system against infections, heals the tooth flesh. It activates the vitamine C efficacy, helps cure the diziness because of edema and inner ear diseases.
It is a beta Caroten,vitamin E, vitamin C, zinc and selenium store. It is good for allergy. It lowers diabetes, chlosterol, lipitus, and is good for the liver diseases. It reregulates the balance of the body. It is suggested that nothing should be eaten for 20 minutes after having eaten one dessert spoon of blackberry jam at the breakfast. After the breakfast, the blackberry tea,prepared by pouring cold and hot water with 9 frozen blackberries, can be drunk one or two times.
The Raspberry: It is an alternative product. It is an example for the adaptation actions of the foundation.
THE CARDINAL GRAPES
The cardinal grapes are recently in all the countries around the world, as an important product suggested by the Holistic Medicine Academies Health Federations and by the Ostheopaty Academies among the healthy life foods. It is apt for the organic agriculture due to its tube sapling with certificate. It is an example for the adaptation actions of the foundation. The inositol that the cardinal grape contains is effective in lowering the level of chlosterole, prevents the loss of hair, it is a tranquiliser and helps redistribution of the body fat. Inositol exists either in the fresh or dried fruit. The RNB-DNA in its kernel lowers ageing, lowers the risque of cancer, heart attack and prevents osteoporosis. The Cardinal is also rich in terms of protein. Besides, the kernel and the fruit itself which are rich in terms of the Boron mineral, delay osteoporosis.
